This is the last Will and Testament of me George Hutton of Mosbro in the Parish of Eckington in the County of Derby Farmer First I give and bequeath at my decease the third part of my share of the Mosbro Meadow now in the occupation of William Hooley of Eckington aforesaid unto Sarah Hutton (widow of my late brother Gilbert Hutton) her heirs Administrators and Assigns for ever by her (the said Sarah Hutton) or her said heirs Administrators and assigns fully to be possessed and enjoyed. Also I give and bequeath at my decease (in equal proportion) the Close piece or parcel of land on Mosbro Green adjoining the Turnpike road containing Three Roods be the same more or less and now in my own possession unto my three Nephews Richard Rippon William Rippon and Reuben Rippon (sons of my late sister Ann Rippon) or to such of them as shall be living at the time of my decease they and each of them and each of their heirs Executors Administrators and assigns for ever Also I give and bequeath at my decease the Dwelling House where I now live with the small tenament Smithies Warehouse Barns and all appurtenances thereto belonging and now in the possession and occupation of myself and my Nephew Thomas Hutton Also the two Crofts, Pieces or Parcels of land adjoining now in my possession Also the Close, Piece or Parcel of land in the Church-field now in the occupation of William and George Caterer likewise all and singular my ready money and securities for money and the monies thereby secured Household goods and Furniture Books Linen China personal Estate Debts Rights Credits and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever (subject to the payment thereout of my just Debts Funeral and Testamentary expenses) unto my Brother Thomas Hutton of Mosbro aforesaid his Executors Administrators and assigns absolutely and for ever And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Brother Thomas Hutton sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me made In Witness whereof I the said George Hutton the Testator have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty-sixth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty three.
