Last Will and Testament of William Stratford of Mosborough, silver plater (1859)

This is the last Will and Testament of me William Stratford of Mosborough in the Parish of Eckington and County of Derby Silver Plater First I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences be paid and discharged by my Executor hereinafter named and from and after the payment of my said just debts funeral and testamentary expences – I give and bequeath to my dear wife Mary Stratford my Household Goods Silver Plate and Furniture of whatsoever kind shall be in my dwelling house at the time of my decease to and for her own absolute use and disposal all the rest residue and remainder of my personal coppy hold and real estate and effects of what nature kind or quality soever and wheresoever wither in possession reversion remainder or in expectancy unto my dear wife Mary her executors and administrators to and for her own absolute use during the course of her natural life and from and after the decease of my said dear wife I give and devise the same real coppyhold and personal estate unto and equaly between and amongst my Sons William Stratford George Stratford Henry Stratford and my daughter Elizabeth the Wife of Frederick Withy Horsfield of Birmingham Artist to take as tenants in common and not as joint tenants and to their heirs and assigns for ever And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said wife and also my before said son William Sratford to be my joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament and lastly hereby revoking and annuling all former and other Wills be me at any other time made I declare this only to be my last will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fourth day of March in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fifty nine
