The last Will and Testament of me William Rasby of Mosborough in the Parish of Eckington in the County of Derby Riddle Maker First my Will and mind is and I order and direct that all my just Debts Funeral expenses and the expenses of proving this my Will be paid by my Executrix hereinafter named out of my personal Estate and Effects Then I give and bequeath unto my dear Wife Ann Raseby all my Copyhold Estate lying and being in Mosborough aforesaid, also I give unto my Dear Wife Ann Rasby all and every my personal Estate and Effects of whatsoever description or denomination the same may be and wheresoever the same may be found at the time of my decease And lastly I appoint my said Wife Ann Rasby sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament revoking and rendering all former Wills by me made of none effect In Witness whereof I the said William Rasby the Testator have set my hand and seal the tenth day of January in the year of our Lord Christ one thousand eight hundred and seventeen
