This is the last Will and Testament of me William Mullins of Mosborough in the Parish of Eckington in the County of Derby Farmer I devise and bequeath all the real and personal estate to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease unto my dear wife Anne absolutely but as to estates vested in me upon trust or by way of mortgage subject to the equities affecting the same respectively and I appoint my said wife sole Executrix of this my Will hereby revoking all other testamentary writings In witness whereof I have hereunder set my hand this fifth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty six William Mullins Signed by the said Testator as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time, who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as witnesses the word my in the tenth line having been first written Alfred Alderson Sol Eckington in Chesterfield Robert Fanshaw his Clerk.
