Last Will and Testament of Thomas Cooper of Mosborough, publican (1864)

This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Cooper of Mossborough in the parish of Eckington in the County of Derby Publican I devise and bequeath all the real and personal estate to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease unto my dear wife Hannah absolutely but as to estates vested in me upon trust or by way of Mortgage subject to the equities affecting the same respectively And I appoint my said wife Hannah sole Executrix of this my Will hereby revoking all other testamentary writings In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty fifth day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and sixty four Thomas Cooper – Signed by the said Testator as his last Will and Testament in this presence of us present at the same time who at his request in the his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as Witnesses – Robert Fanshaw Jun – Thomas Bunting
