This is the Last Will and Testament of me Thomas Bolsover of Mosbrough in the Parish of Eckington in the County of Derby Labourer made this sixth day of August in the year of our Lord 1794 First my mind and Will is that all my just debts Funeral expenses and the expenses of this my Will be paid by my Executrix hereafter named out of my personal estate and effects Then I give and devise unto John Bolsover son of my Brother Timothy Bolsover the sum of five pounds which said Legacy shall be paid when and as soon as he shall arrive at the age of Twenty one years out of my Personal Estate and Effects. All the rest residue and remainder of my Personal Estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever that I shall be any ways possessed of at the time of death I give and devise unto my sister Mary Rose Also with the consent of the Lord my Will and desire is that my sister Mary Rose shall have my Cottage House and Premises and the Tenant rights of those five closes which I hold under the Lord of the Manor of Eckington. And I do hereby appoint my said sister Mary Rose sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Testator have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the day and year first above written.
