This is the Last Will and Testament of me Sarah Fox the wife of George Fox of Mosborough in the parish of Eckington in the county of Derby whereby in pursuance and by force and virtue of the several powers to me reserved or given in and by the Will of my late father George Bolsover deceased bearing date the fourteenth day of January One Thousand Eight Hundred and twenty four and of all and every power and powers authority and authorities whatsoever to me given in me vested or in otherwise enabling me in this behalf and in exercise and execution thereof respectively, I do by this my last Will and Testament by me lawfully signed sealed and executed direct limit and appoint that all the freehold messuage and Public House with the outbuildings garden and appurtenances situate at Mosborough aforesaid now in my possession shall go remain continue and be from and after my decease and I do give and devise the same to my son John Galley his Heirs Executors and Administrators (subject as hereinafter mentioned) and I do hereby direct limit and appoint that all the freehold Croft piece or parcel of land with the barn and erections thereon standing with the Appurtenances also situated at Mosborough aforesaid and now in the possession of my said husband George Fox shall from and after my decease go remain continue and be and I do hereby give and devise the same unto my Son William Galley his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns (subject as hereinafter mentioned) and I do also hereby direct limit and appoint that all and singular the Household Furniture Ready Money Money out and at interest and all other my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever which by the said Will of my said late father George Boulsover and respectively made subject or liable to my direction limitation or appointment with their and every of their rights members and appurtenances shall from and after my decease go remain continue and be And I do give and bequeath the same unto my said Son John Galley his Executors Administrators or Assigns according to the nature and quality thereof equally to be divided between them for his own absolute Use and Benefit subject nevertheless to the payment of the Mortgage now affecting the said freehold premises and also subject to and I do hereby charge and make liable the said freehold premises with the payment of Ten Pounds apiece to my children George Galley Martha Galley Ann Fox and Sarah Fox such legacies or sums of money to be paid and payable to them respectively as and when they my said children severally attain their respective ages of Twenty One years or be married until the happening of either of which events the said legacies shall not be considered as vested or transmissible interests and I do hereby declare my Will and mind to be and I do hereby direct that my said Sons William Galley and John Galley shall pay the said Mortgage debt and the said legacies equally between them And I do hereby as I lawfully can appoint my said Sons William Galley and John Galley Executors of this my Will. In Witness whereof I the said Sarah Fox the Testatrix have hereunto set my hand and seal the Twenty second day of March in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty Six.
