I Samuel Rotherham Farmer of Mosbrough in the parish of Eckington and County of Derby declare this to be my last Will and Testament I do hereby give unto my dear wife Charlotte Rotherham all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever to hold unto her her heirs executors and administrators according to the respective nature and qualities of the same absolutely and for ever and I hereby appoint my said wife sole executrix of this my Will at the same time revoking all former and other wills In witness whereof I have hereunder set my hand this 13th day of December 1863 – Samuel Rotherham – signed by the said testator as his last to Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as Witnesses – William Rotherham – Samuel Gibbons proved on the fifteenth day of April 1864 by the oath of Charlotte Rotherham widow the Relict , the sole executrix named in the Will she having been first sworn duly to administer Effects under £200 Probate extracted by Chinn Proctors Derby
