In the name of God amen the fift day of August 1690 according to the computation of the Church of England I Robert Turner in the County of darby webster being of perfect mynd ad memory praised be the Lord for it I do make and ordaine this my last will and testament in manner and form as following First I bequeath my Soul into the hands of Almighty God my maker hoping that through the meritorious death and passion of Jesus Christ my only Saviour and Redeemer to Receive free pardon and forgiveness of all my Sins and as for my body to be buried in Christian buriall at the discretion of my Executrix hereafter mentioned First I give unto my son John Turner the sume of five poundes and to be put forth within nine months and for to goo forwards for him till he turns to the Age of one and twenty years and as for the Rest of my Goodes quick and dead I Give unto my wife and my two younger children Ann and Elizabeth and I doo a Joyne them three Executors upon condition that Ann my wife pay my debts and Legacies and if so bee that my wife ann should marrey againe then shee shall pay to the two younger children five pound a peece ann and Elizabeth that is other of them five pound and the Rest of the Goodes whole quick and dead shall bee her ount to bring up the children with all Soo I doo ordayne this my lat will and testament Revokeing all other willes whatsoever in witnes whereof I have sett my hand and Seal the day and year first above written and I doo desire my Brother Thomas Turner of …. to take care of the childrens money and likewise I do desire him to assist my wife.
