In the Name of God Amen This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Taylor of Mosbrough in the parish of Eckington in the County of Derby widow made the twentieth day of January in the Year of our Lord, One thousand seven hundred and Sixty seven as followeth (to wit) First I will that all my just Debts and funeral charges be paid and discharged out of my Effects by my Executors hereinafter named, and I give and bequeath unto my three Daughters Elizabeth Hobson Ann Challoner and Gertrude Taylor the sum of Sixty pounds apiece to be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my deceased out of my personal Estate. To my Son John Taylor I give One Guinea for a Legacy and in full of all Claim he may have out of my personal Estate. And whereas I now enjoy several houses and Tenements with a Holmestead and Garden in Mosbrough and also one acre of Land lying in the Streetfield with their and every of their appurtenances which will devolve (as I understand) to my said Son John Taylor immediately upon my decease. I do therefore as far as in me Lies devise and confirm the said Tenements and premises to him and his heirs nevertheless it is my desire that my Executors hereinafter named, shall have Liberty to hold the house wherein I live for a convenient time after my decease till they can conveniently remove take away and dispose of my Effects and Goods which I shall leave therein. Also I give and bequeath to my said Daughter Gertrude Taylor, the Bedstocks Bedding and furniture now standing and being in the parlour of the house wherein I live and also all my cloths and wearing Apparel whether of Linnen or Woollen or any other materials to and for her own uses. All the Rest and Residue of my Goods Chattels Debts Effects and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath to and amongst my said three daughters share and share alike, whom I also appoint Executrixes of this my Will and I do hereby revoke all former Wills by me made In Witness whereof I the said Mary Taylor have hereunto set my hand and Seal, and publish this my last Will and Testament the day and year abovesaid.
