This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Hudson of Mosborough in the parish of Eckington in the County of Derby Widow I appoint my Friends George Mullins of Mosborough aforesaid Farmer and William Limb of Brinsworth in the Parish of Rotherham in the County of York Farmer Executors of my Will I bequeath all my wearing apparel and linen unto my Friends Jane the wife of the said George Mullins and Hannah the wife of Job Limb of Brinsworth aforesaid Farmer I bequeath to the several persons next hereinafter named the several legacies of sterling money which follow their respective names to my nephew Adiah Goodwin the sum of Sixty pounds To my nephew William Goodwin the sum of twelve pounds To my nephew Thomas Goodwin the sum of Sixty pounds . To my niece Sarah Walker the sum of Fifteen pounds. To my niece Ann Godly the sum of Fifteen pounds To Henry Goodwin the Grandson of my Sister Sarah Goodwin the sum of twelve pounds To my nephew George Pearson the sum of Fifty pounds To my Nephew Henry Pearson the sum of sixty pounds To Elizabeth the Wife of Joseph Cooper of Mosborough aforesaid the sum of thirty pounds and to each of my Executors the sum of twelve pounds as an acknowledgement for the trouble of executing my will and I direct the said legacies to be paid at the end of six calendar months next after my decease And as to the residue of my personal Estate I bequeath the same unto and equally between the said Jane Mullins and Hannah Limb their respective executors and administrators share and share alike Lastly I revoke all former Wills In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this thirtieth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty two – Mary Hudson – Signed by the said testatrix as her last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at her request in her presence and in the presence of such other have subscribed our names as witnesses – Alfred Alderson – Robert Fanshaw
