This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Hobson of Mosborough in the parish of Eckington in the County of Derby Singlewoman I give devise and bequeath all and every my freehold and copyhold messuages Lands Tenement and Hereditaments and parts and shares of Freehold and Copyhold Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments situate within the Parish of Eckington aforesaid or elsewhere within that part of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland called England and all my Estate Right Title and Claim and Demand whatsoever of in to or out of the same or any of them or any part thereof with their and every of their Appurtenances unto my Nieces Sarah Rotherham and Harriet Rotherham their Heirs and Asigns to have and to hold unto and to the use of the said Sarah Rotherham and Harriet Rotherham their Heirs and Asigns for ever as Tenants in Common and not as joint Tenants I also give devise and bequeath all and every my Goods Chattels and personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto the said Sarah Rotherham and Harriet Rotherham equally to be divided between them share and share alike I nominate and appoint the said Sarah Rotherham and Harriet Rotherham joint Executrixes of this my last Will and Testament I revoke and make void all other Wills by me heretofore made In Witness of all and every things herein contained I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this Third day of February One Thousand Eight hundred and two.
