This is the last Will and Testament of me Luke Worrall of Mosbrough in the parish of Eckington in the County of Derby Coal owner I devise and bequeath all the real and personal estate to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease unto my dear wife Ruth Worrall absolutely but as to estates vested in me upon trust or by way of mortgage subject to the equities affecting the same respectively and I appoint my said wife sole executrix of this my Will hereby revoking all other Wills by me heretofore made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this fifteenth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty five Luke Worrall – Signed by the said Testator as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses – Frederick Keeton Mosbro in the parish of Eckington Sickle manufacturer John Lund Clerk to Mr Alderson of Eckington in the County of Derby Solicitor Proved on the Eleventh day of April 1864 by the oath of Ruth Worrall widow, the Relict of the deceased the sole executor named in the will she having been first sworn duly to administer Effects under £100 Probate extracted by Alfred Alderson Solicitor Eckington
