Last Will and Testament of Joseph Wild of Mosborough, gentleman (1878)

This is the last Will and Testament of me Joseph Wild of Mosborough in the County of Derby Gentleman I revoke all other Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this my last Will and Testament I give devise & bequeath to my friend George Stevenson of Eckington in the County of Derby Builder all my real & personal estate of every kind and nature upon trust to stand possessed thereof (after payment of all my just debts and my funeral & testamentary expenses) for my grandson John Thomas Child on his attaining the age of 21 years I empower the said George Stevenson to convert into money any part of my personal estate as in his discretion he may think fit and appoint him to be Executor of this my Will as witness my hand this 29th day March 1878
