This is the last will and testament of me John William Turner of 65 Queen Street Mosborough in the county of Derby gentleman I appoint my wife Eliza Ann Turner and my son Leonard Keeton Turner (hereinafter called ” my trustees “) to be the executors and trustees of this my will I appoint my wife guardian of my infant child or children In the event of my wife dying before either of my children attain the age of twenty-one years I appoint Mrs. Ada Fox of 18 Lloyd Street Pitsmoor Sheffield guardian of my infant children until my son becomes of age On his attaining the age of twenty-one years I appoint him guardian of his sister in the place of Mrs Ada Fox I bequeath to the Sheffield Royal Hospital the sum of two hundred and fifty pounds in recognition of the care and kindness shown to my son whilst in their charge in 1926 I devise all my real property to my wife absolutely I give and bequeath the residue of my personal estate after payment of my funeral testamentary expenses and debts and the above mentioned legacy to my children Leonard Keeton Turner and Jean Weekes Turner in equal shares on their attaining the age of twenty-one years provided always that if either of my children dies before attaining that age the survivor takes the share of the deceased in the event of either of my children not being of age at my death I direct that a sum of two pounds per week be paid to their guardian for the maintenance and education of each of them out of the income of each child ‘s share any balance of income after such payment to accumulate until each attains the age of twenty-one years I direct that my trustees shall retain unconverted until each of my children attains twenty-one years without being responsible for loss all or any shares securities and other interests to which I shall be entitled at my death in any limited company which is not a trustees security Lastly I revoke all former wills made by me and declare this to be my last will.
