Last Will and Testament of John Staniforth of Mosborough Moor, Gentleman (1843)

This is the last Will and Testament of me John Staniforth of Mosborough Moor in the parish of Eckington in the County of Derby Gentleman. I do give devise and bequeath unto my son in law John Jubb his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns All and every my real and personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever And the legal estate of and in all Hereditaments whether freehold copyhold or otherwise vested in me in mortgage or upon any trust whatever To hold unto the said John Jubb his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns according to the nature and title thereof respectively Upon Trust nevertheless as to the sum of one hundred and forty pounds part thereof for my daughter Jane Staniforth her Executors Administrators and Assigns And as to all the residue and remainder of my Estate and Effects of in or to which I have any beneficial upon Trust for my two daughters Olivia the Wife of the said John Jubb and the said Jane Staniforth and their respective Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns according to the nature and title thereof respectively as Tenants in common. And I hereby appoint the said John Jubb sole Executor of this my Will. And I do hereby revoke all former and other Wills by me at any heretofore made And I do declare this to be my last Will and Testament.

In Witness whereof I the said John Staniforth the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this Twenty Sixth day of April in the year of our Lord One Thousand eight hundred and forty three
