Last Will and Testament of John Smith of Mosborough Moor, gentleman (1831)

This is the last Will and Testament of me John Smith of Mosbrough Moor in the parish of Eckington in the County of Derby Gentleman I give and bequeath unto my dear Wife Sarah Smith all my Household Furniture plate Linen China ready money money out at interest and all my Freehold Copyhold and personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever To hold to her my said Wife her Heirs Executors Adminstrators and Assigns according to the nature and Title thereof for her and their own absolute use and benefit she and they thereout paying and discharging all my just Debts Funeral and Testamentary Expenses And I do hereby appoint my said Wife the Executrix of this my Will In witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the fifth day of March 1831
