Last Will and Testament of John Keeton of Mosborough, sickle smith (1856)

This is my last Wiil and Testatment of me John Keeton of Mosborough in the Parish of Eckington in the County of Derby Sickle Smith First I will and direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of the £100 which will become due to my Wife Catherine Maria Keeton from the English Widows’ Fund Association of 67 Fleet Street London And I do hereby bequeath unto my said Wife Catherine Maria Keeton after paying my just debts, all my household goods and all my real and personal Property and the overplus of the said monies be paid into the hands of my Wife. And I do hereby nominate institute and appoint Edwin Hydes of Mosborough Grocer and Tea Dealer and Mark Keeton of Eckington Patent Hook Manufacturer Executors to my Will hereby revoking all former and others. In witness whereof I the said John Keeton the Testator have hereunto set my hand this twenty fifth day of September One thousand eight hundred and fifty six
