Last Will and Testament of James Rotherham of Mosborough, farmer (1834)

This is the last Will and Testament of me James Rotherham of Mosbro in the Parish of Eckington and County of Derby Farmer First I give and bequeath all and singular my ready money and securities for money and money thereby secured, Goods Chattels Cattle, Crops on the lands good will and tenant right of the Farm I hold under Earl Fitzwilliam – Also all my household goods and furniture Beds Linen China personal Estate, Debts Rights, Credits and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever (subject to the payment thereout of my just debts Funeral and testamentary expenses) unto my youngest son Samuel Rotherham whom I also nominate constitute and appoint Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me made in Witness whereof I the said James Rotheram the Testator have hereunto set my hand and Seal this ninth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty four.
