Last Will and Testament of Harriet Staton (otherwise Wright) of Mosborough, widow (1871)

This is the last Will and Testament of me Harriet Staton of Mosborough in the County of Derby, Widow (commonly known as Harriet Wright) First I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be paid and discharged hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal Estate whatsoever the same may be or wheresoever the same may be of which I shall die possessed or to which I shall be entitled to at the time of my  decease unto my Friend William Wright of Mosborough aforesaid Coal Miner, for his own sole use and benefit absolutely And I appoint the said William Wright the sole Executor of this my Will And hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made I declare this to be my last Will and Testament only. In Witness whereof I have hereunto signed my name this twenty fourth day of October one thousand eight hundred and seventy one.

Proved at Derby the 4th day of June, 1886, by the oath of William Wright the sole Executor to whom Administration was granted.

The Testatrix, Harriet Staton, otherwise Wright, was late of Mosborough in the County of Derby, Widow, and died on the 8th day of January, 1886, at 25, Division Street, Sheffield, in the County of York, Gross value of Personal Estate. £18.8s 0d Extracted by H.
