Last Will and Testament of Francis French of Mosborough, yeoman (1794)

This is the last Will and Testament of me Francis French of Mosborough in the County of Derby yeoman made this Twenty first day of February One Thousand seven hundred and ninety four. First I will and direct that all my just Debts Funeral Expenses and the Charges of and attending the probate of this my Will be paid and discharged by my Executor herein named I give devise and bequeath unto my Nephew Francis Rotherham his Heirs and assigns for ever All that my Freehold Land lying and being in the Inn Meadow in Mosborough aforesaid with the Privileges and Appurtenances thereto belonging and all other my Freehold Lands Tenements and Hereditaments situate lying and being at Mosborough aforesaid or elsewhere in the said County of Derby. All the Rest Residue and Remainder of my Freehold Copyhold and Real Estate and all my Household Furniture Goods Chattels Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever I give and devise and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my nephews and nieces John Rotherham James Rotherham Samuel Rotherham Hannah the wife of Thomas Hutton Juliana Rotherham and Frances Rotherham and to their several Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever. And I do hereby nominate and appoint my said nephew Francis Rotherham Sole Executor of this my Will, hereby revoking and making void all former and other Wills by me heretofore made and declaring this only as and for my last Will and Testament. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the Day and year first above written..
