This is the last Will and Testament of me Francis Crofts of Plumley Lane in the Parish of Eckington and County of Derby made this seventh day of January One Thousand seven hundred and ninety six. First my mind and Will is that all my Just Debts Funeral Expenses and the expences of this my Will be paid by my Executor hereafter named. Then I give and Devise unto my Daughter Sarah Neadon(?) the sum of Thirty Pounds also I give and Devise unto my Grandaughter Sarah Parker the sum of Twenty five pounds also I give and Devise unto my Grandson Paul Parker the sum of Twenty five pounds all which said Legacies shall be paid in Twelve months after my Decease All the rest residue and remainder of my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever that I shall be anyway possessed of at the time of my Death I give and Devise the same unto my Three Children namely Francis Crofts Ann Keeton and Elizabeth Revel to be Divided amongst them share and share alike And I do hereby nominate and appoint my said Son Francis Crofts sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made In Witness whereof I the said Testator have set my Hand and Seal the Day and year above written
