This is the Last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Mullins of Mosborough in the Parish of Eckington in the County of Derby made this fourth day of October in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty Five. I hereby revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made. I appoint William Thomas Turner my Nephew of Mosborough in the Parish of Eckington Derby to be my Executor and direct that all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease I give and bequeath unto my three nieces namely Sarah Ann Turner Mary Turner and Elizabeth Turner One hundred pounds Sterling each The remainder of my real and personal property and estates whatsoever and wheresoever to be equally divided, share and share alike, between my six nieces namely Mary Cadman Sarah Cadman Alice Cadman and the aforenamed Sarah Ann Turner Mary Turner and Elizabeth Turner In the event of the death of any of the aforenamed six nieces the survivors to receive an equal portion of the deceased’s portion.
