This is the last Will and Testament of me David Mould of Mosbro in the Parish of Eckington in the County of Derby, Grocer. That is to say, I give devise and bequeath unto my Wife Susannah Mould the Dwelling house, shop outbuildings and appurtenances situate at Mosbro aforesaid were I now reside Also, all and singular my ready money and security for money and the monies thereby secured household goods and furniture debts rights Credits and effects whatsoever and wheresoever To have and to hold the same fully and freely at her own free will and disposal either by Will or any other deed or document under her own hand, but subject nevertheless to the payment thereout of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses – And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Wife Susannah Mould, Sole executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me made In Witness whereof I the said David Mould the Testator have hereunto set my hand and seal this First day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Forty Seven
