Last Will and Testament of Charlotte Hutton of Mosborough, widow (1878)

This is the last Will and Testament of me Charlotte Hutton of Mosbrough in the parish of Eckington, Widow I give my best feather bed to my niece Ann Berresford I give devise & bequeath all my real estate & the residue of my personal estate to my son William Hutton of Mosbrough aforesaid his heirs and assigns for her own use absolutely and I appoint the said William Hutton and my friend William Dust of Mosbrough aforesaid Solicitor joint Executors of this my Will as Witness my hand this 2nd day of August 1878 – Charlotte Hutton Signed by the said Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as Witnesses, the same having been previously read over to her in our presence and the said testatrix appeared to understand the same W. Dust Solicitor, Eckington Edwin H. Mullins Curate Mosbrough  Proved at Derby the tenth day of October 1878 by the Oaths of William Hutton the Son and William Dust, the Executors to whom administration was granted.
