In the Name of God Amen I Anthony Gill of Cuckolds Haven in the parish of Eckington in the County of Derby husbandman being weake and Infirme in body but of sound and perfect minde and Memory praise be Given to Allmighty God doe make and Ordaine this my last Will and Testament In Manner and forme folowing first and principaly I Comend my soul into the hands of Allmighty God my Creator hopeing assuredly that through the Meriritts and Mediation of Jesus Christ my only savior and Redeemer to Obtaine free pardon and Remission of all my sinns and my body I comitt to the Earth from whence it Came to be decently buryed at the Discretion of my Executrix hereafter named And as for my Temporall and Worldly Estate wherewith it hath pleased God of his Goodness to bless me I give and dispose of the same as followeth first I doe hereby give and bequeath to my Son steven Gill Two shillings and six pence also I doe hereby give and bequeath unto my son George Gill five shillings and six pence Also I give and bequeath unto my son John Gill five shillings and six pence also I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Gill five shillings and six pence also I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Sarah Gill the sum of five shillings all the rest residue and Remainder of my Goods Cattle Chattells Real and personal Estate whatsoever after my Debts Legacies and funerall expenses are discharged I give and Bequeath unto my Loving Wife Whome I doe make and ordain sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament and I doe hereby Revoake make Null and voyde all former and other Will and Wills by me heretofore made And doe publish and declare this Only to be my Last Will and Testament In Wittness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seale the Eleventh day of September In the Eight Year of the Raigne of our sovereign Lord George by the grace of God King over Great Brittan &c.
