Last Will and Testament of Charles Galley of Mosborough, gentleman (1859

This is the last Will and Testament of me Charles Galley of Mosbro in the Parish of Eckington in the County of Derby Gentleman First I will and direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences be paid and payable out of my personal estate and effects by and out at the discretion of my to executrix hereinafter named then I give devise and bequeath unto my wife Ellen Galley all and singular my lands tenements and hereditaments monies and securities for monies and the monies thereby secured household goods and furniture debts rights credits and effects whatsoever and wheresoever of what kind or nature soever the same may be belonging or in any wise appertaining to me at my decease to have and to hold the same fully and freely at her own free will and disposal absolutely to dispose of the same either by Will or otherwise And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said wife Ellen Galley sole Executrix of this my last Will and testament hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me made In witness whereof I the said Charles Galley the testator have hereunto set my hand this twenty ninth day of September in year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty nine – – – Charles Galley – Signed published and declared by the said Charles Galley the testator as and for his last Will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as attesting witnesses Jno Ibbotson Hayes, Scool Master , Mosbro – Frederick Hazlewood , Law Clerk , Sheffield
